Our connections with local auction houses allows us to secure preferential commission rates and by selling through ourselves, we can enter into a selected 'Specialist Sale' and bring your final costs right down. All transport and packaging are included free in the service (our costs are met by the auction house) along with entry into a specialist sale and because we understand all the possible pitfalls we will negotiate the best possible commission rate on your behalf which will include any reserves, photos and insurance costs needed.
