Entries

Adding Entries

  1. From the home screen, press the "Entries" button to view all logged entries.

  2. Next, press the plus (+) button on the bottom right of the screen to add an entry.

  3. Each entry has three sections: Workout, Reflection, and Info. Use the buttons on the top of the screen to navigate between each section.

  4. When you have finished all the sections, press the check "Done" button at the top right of the screen to add the entry.

Viewing Entries

  1. Once you have added an entry, it should appear on the Entries screen.

  2. To view specific details about the entry, press on the entry.

  3. The workout will be displayed. To view the reflection, press the "Reflection" button at the top of your screen.

Editing Entries

  1. To edit an existing entry, go to the Entries screen and press on the entry.

  2. Press the "Edit" button on the bottom right of the screen to edit the entry.

  3. Press the check "Done" button at the top right of the screen to save any changes.

Filtering/Sorting Entries

  1. To filter and sort the entries, go to the Entries screen and press the filter button on the bottom left of the screen.

  2. Choose the desired sort and filter options. Press "Done" to save the filter options.

Sets

Adding Sets

  1. To add a set to an entry, make sure you are on the "Workout" section of the entry.

  2. Press the "Add Set" button on the bottom right of the screen.

  3. Enter the repetitions of a distance under the "#" text field and the distance under the "Distance" text field.

  4. To edit the interval, stroke, speed, or work, press the buttons underneath the labels to choose from a picker. To save your selection, click "Done."

  5. Enter an optional description in the description text field.

  6. Press the check"Add" button on the bottom middle of the screen to add the set.

Reordering Items

  1. To reorder sets and brackets, press and hold the stack button the right.

  2. While holding the button, drag the item to the desired spot.

  3. Let go of the item to keep it there.

Repetitions

  1. To repeat a group of sets, go to the "Workout" section of the entry.

  2. Press the "Bracket" button on the bottom left of the screen.

  3. Enter the number of repetitions in the first text field.

  4. Enter an optional label/description in the second text field.

  5. Press the "Done" button.

  6. A bracket will be added to the workout. The sets underneath the bracket and above a later bracket will be repeated. The closing bracket will be added automatically in the view screen.

Editing Items

  • Press the item to edit it.

  • To delete the item, slide the item to the left. Press the "Delete" button.

Reflection

  • Enter your thoughts about the workout in the textbox at the top of the screen.

  • Use the stars to rate different aspects of the workout.
