Each session is made up of a lecture/briefing of 30-45 minutes, followed by skills work in the water, and a 1.5 to 2 hour swim.

All participants must have a tow-buoy, any brand will do, ours are available at P1,350.00.

All participants and companions who enter the partner venue are charged a day-trip fee by the resort.
