Welcome to Swift PDF Viewer (the "App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and KlikDari ("we," "us," or "our"), located in Indonesia, concerning your access to and use of the Swift PDF Viewer mobile application.

Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or decrypt the App.
Make any modification, adaptation, improvement, enhancement, translation, or derivative work from the App.
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) posted by us or the licensors of the App.
Use the App for any revenue-generating endeavor, commercial enterprise, or other purpose for which it is not designed or intended.
Swift PDF Viewer is a local utility application designed to read, view, and manage documents (such as PDF, Word, Excel, and PPT files) stored on your device.
Local Processing: We do not provide cloud storage, nor do we upload, sync, or back up your files to our servers. All document rendering and management occur locally on your device.
Data Loss: You are solely responsible for backing up your personal files. We shall not be held liable for any data loss, file corruption, or accidental deletion of documents that occurs while using the App or utilizing its file management features.
To maintain the App as a free service, we incorporate third-party services and advertisements. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that we may display third-party advertisements and use third-party analytics.
These third-party services are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
We use Google AdMob for advertising and Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics for app performance monitoring and bug reporting.
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed in third-party advertisements or external websites linked within the App.
We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy (which you have already reviewed and acknowledged) to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data in compliance with global privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, and Indonesian Privacy Laws. By using the App, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KlikDari disclaims all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the App and your use thereof, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the App's content, file rendering capabilities, or compatibility with all file formats and device models.
In no event shall KlikDari, our developers, or our affiliates be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms and your use of the App are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to the App shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in Indonesia.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of updates. Your continued use of the App after the revised Terms have become effective indicates that you have read, understood, and agreed to the current version of these Terms.
