A picture says a thousand words... a video contains thousands of pictures. Video has never been as accessible as it is now. The smart phone means that many of us have the capability to capture and record as never before.
The problem of video creation has been all but removed. The greatest challenge now though is not capturing the moments but how can they be viewed easily by those who would find them interesting.
The local community TV is a free service that enables us to harvest local video (whoever has recorded it) and organise it into our local community TV station. With channels such as local business, charities, events, history, politics, community groups even a youth channel. Actually we can create whatever we need and the best part it is all free.
By bringing together all locally produced videos and getting them organised we can really begin to share all the great things happening in SW Herts.
