Southwest Greensburg Foundation Online Tip Board Official Rules

Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Raffles and other games of chance are conducted in compliance with the Pennsylvania Local Option Small Games of Chance Act and applicable county licensing requirements. Winners will be notified by email. Prizes may be picked up in person at the Southwest Greensburg Borough Office, 564 Stanton Street, Greensburg, PA, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., or may be mailed to winners who are out of the area or unable to claim prizes in person, subject to arrangements made by the Southwest Greensburg Foundation.  Valid government-issued photo identification is required to pick up all prizes. 

The online tip board will remain active until all tips are sold. Raffle tickets and drawings will be conducted consistent with applicable Pennsylvania Small Games of Chance regulations, including ticketing, prize limits, and licensing requirements for eligible organizations. To the extent required, the Foundation holds the appropriate Small Games of Chance license or special raffle permit as mandated by Commonwealth law.
