Southwest Greensburg Foundation Online Tip Board Official Rules

Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Raffles and other games of chance are conducted in compliance with the Pennsylvania Local Option Small Games of Chance Act and applicable county licensing requirements. Winners will be notified by email. Prizes may be picked up in person at the Southwest Greensburg Borough Office, 564 Stanton Street, Greensburg, PA, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., or may be mailed to winners who are out of the area or unable to claim prizes in person, subject to arrangements made by the Southwest Greensburg Foundation. Valid government-issued photo identification is required to pick up all prizes.

The online tip board will remain active until all tips are sold. Raffle tickets and drawings will be conducted consistent with applicable Pennsylvania Small Games of Chance regulations, including ticketing, prize limits, and licensing requirements for eligible organizations. To the extent required, the Foundation holds the appropriate Small Games of Chance license or special raffle permit as mandated by Commonwealth law.

Bake Sale

**Southwest Greensburg Foundation Bake Sale Fundraiser**

The **Southwest Greensburg Foundation** will once again be set up under our tent at the Annual Community Yard Sale!

Stop by for delicious homemade baked goods, coffee, water, and soda while supporting a great cause. All proceeds from this year's fundraiser will help provide our friends at the Civic Society with custom shirts.

Thanks to your support last year, we were able to purchase new logo aprons for the Civic Society volunteers. We're excited to continue supporting the amazing people who help make our community special.

Southwest Greensburg residents are invited to show off your style by participating in our porch decorating contest.

How to enter:

- Decorate your porch

- Take a photo and email to swgfoundation1@gmail.com

- Submit $5.00 registration fee with payment link https://square.link/u/zHA4TGHP or drop off at 424 Brandon Street (must include property address)

Registrations are accepted until June 29.

Judging:

- Photos will be posted on Southwest Greensburg Foundation Facebook page

- Votes will be counted for each "like"

- Voting runs from July 7 to July 12 at 5:00 pm

Prizes (and bragging rights) will be awarded to the top three porches by popular vote, so be sure to share with all your friends and neighbors!

Tipboard Fundraiser – Patricia Nash Purse

The Southwest Greensburg Foundation is hosting a tipboard fundraiser featuring a Patricia Nash purse with a retail value of $199.

Only 75 tips are available, at $4 per tip donation. Once all tips are sold, a winner will be selected.

This fundraiser supports the ongoing efforts and programs of the Southwest Greensburg Foundation. Thank you for your continued support and good luck to all participants!

Who in Southwest Greensburg has the BEST Halloween decor? Let's put it to a vote!

Participating Southwest Greensburg homes will be judged on creativity, use of decorations, and overall appearance. Registered homes will be marked by a yard sign provided by Southwest Greensburg Foundation. A list of all participating homes will be published on the Southwest Greensburg Foundation Website and Facebook page by October 16th.

Entry fee is $10 for two chances to win fall themed prizes!

Contest Dates:

Monday, September 1: Registration Begins

• All participants must have an address within Southwest Greensburg Borough. Contest is limited to 10 homes. Yard signs reading "Halloween Decorating Contest" must be visible in the participant's yard. Yard signs will be picked following contest. Any home with offensive symbols, words or images will be disqualified. (Yard signs provided by the SWG Foundation)

Tuesday, October 14

• Video of home decorations- no longer than 1 minute emailed to swgfoundation1@gmail.com (this video is for us to upload so the public can vote for the People's Choice Award!)

Thursday, October 16

• A list of all participating houses will be published on the Southwest Greensburg Foundation Website and Facebook Page

October 17-19: Judge's Choice Voting

• Our judges will view homes between 5:00 and 9:00 pm

October 16-23: People's Choice Voting

• Press the "Like" or any reaction button to vote on the video of your favorite house. Comments will NOT count towards votes (this will be on our Facebook page)

• Voting ends on Thursday, October 23 at 4:00pm

October 24

• Winners will be announced on the Southwest Greensburg Foundation Facebook Page.

November 1 or 2

• Yard signs will be picked up by Southwest Greensburg Foundation. PLEASE DO NOT DISCARD yard signs. Please leave yard sign in yard for pick up.
