With the support of our caring and knowledgeable staff, we strive to create a safe, nurturing environment filled with opportunity and possibility. We strongly believe that early childhood is one of the most critical stages of development, and we are committed to providing the highest standard of care during this important time.

Owner and Director Brittany Wagnone continuously seeks out ongoing education and training to ensure both she and her staff stay up to date with best practices in child development. Brittany holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential in Infant and Toddler Care and has completed numerous additional trainings over the past five years.

All Sweet Little Smiles Daycare staff members are required to complete a minimum of 16 hours of professional training per year and must be Infant and Child First Aid & CPR certified. Employees over the age of 18 are required to have a background check and a Central Registry check for child abuse/neglect. This ensures a safe and prepared environment for every child.
