Sweet Little Smiles Daycare was founded in 2021 by Brittany Wagnone, beginning as a small in-home daycare rooted in passion, care, and a dream to make a difference. What started as a seed of hope has grown into a thriving childcare center. In 2022, Sweet Little Smiles Daycare expanded into its current location at 1220 9th Street in Rock Springs, Wyoming, where it continues to serve local families with dedication and heart.

Hi, my name is Brittany Wagnone, owner and director of Sweet Little Smiles Daycare. As a mother of four, I understand firsthand how important it is for parents to feel confident that their children are cared for in a safe, loving, and supportive environment.
Before opening Sweet Little Smiles Daycare, I worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for seven years. While I loved my residents deeply, the challenges brought on by COVID-19 led me to re-evaluate my path. That reflection sparked the idea to open an in-home daycare—where I quickly discovered my true passion.
Since expanding into our current facility, I have been able to share this meaningful work with more families and build an incredible team that shares the same values and commitment to children.
