Snow Removal: You are responsible for snow removal of walkways along your property.
Tree Limb Cutting: You are responsible for trimming tree limbs hanging over your walkways.
Landscape Maintenance: Please weed and trim lawns and mulch beds.

Walkways: You own walkways along your property and are responsible for correcting trip hazards, sunken and damaged sections.
