Tutorials

• 8:15 – 8:50 Monday – Thursday

• This is a great opportunity to ask your teacher questions and get extra help.

• Tutorials are not mandatory; however they are highly recommended

• Calgary Transit provides direct bussing which arrives at 8:00 AM; therefore, tutorials are easy to attend.

Library

• Our library is well-utilized by students looking for a place to study and work.

• It is available to students before school, lunch, and after school.

• Computers and printers are available.

Learning Centre

• • To provide support for students with IPPs (Individualized accommodations/Support Plans)

  • Located just off the foyer (Classroom on the left – Room 101)

Student Services

• • Four Guidance Counsellors are available for personal, educational, and post-secondary counselling

IB Coordinator

• • Provides support to our International Baccalaureate students and candidates

  • Answers questions about course scheduling and IB requirements

All in For Youth (United Way):

• • Various supports offered through AIFY

Assistant Principals:

• Each student is assigned to an Assistant Principal, based on the first letter of student’s last name

• Assistant Principals and Guidance Counsellors are paired, which allows them to work as a team to support you

School Resource Officer:

• • We are very fortunate to have a School Resource Officer, who is very approachable. Her office is located beside Student Services

  • She assists students in a variety of ways, including legal advice, classroom presentations on numerous topics, and one-to-one consultations with students

  • The Constable’s main role is to assist students and improve police and school communication
