12. Awarded best paper “Evaluation of liquid metal embrittlement-free weld by micro-plasma arc welding of Zn-coated interstitial free steel” of Welding International journal by the editor for the year 2023.

13. 3rd prize for best departmental poster presentation (student: Dr. Debtanay Das) for the poster titled, "CEL based physics-informed ML algorithms to predict thermo-mechanical responses of dissimilar FSW” Poster presentation during Research and Industrial Conclave (RIC-2023), IIT Guwahati, May 14-16, 2023.

14. Poster titled “Deposition Rate Improvement in GMAW-Based Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing” secured the 2nd runner-up position at the AM Aero 3D conference organized by ASME held at Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bangalore on December 13 and 14, 2023.

15.
