Currently, online ordering is not available on our website. We are working on adding an e-commerce feature soon, which will allow customers to place orders directly through our website. For now, customers can visit our store to view the products in person and make their purchase.

Yes. All ornaments sold at our showroom come with a 6-month comprehensive warranty. During this period, we offer free re-plating service if required. Please note that physical damages such as breakage of ornaments are not covered under the warranty.

Our jewellery is crafted with high-quality gold covering. With proper care, gold covering jewellery can maintain its shine and appearance for years. Avoid contact with perfumes, hand sanitizers and chemicals to help preserve the finish. 

Yes. All our ornaments are coated with a protective lacquer layer during manufacturing, which helps make the jewellery skin-friendly and safe for everyday wear. 

Yes, we offer repair and re-polishing services for all ornaments purchased from our showroom. Re-polishing of third-party ornaments may also be done after a close inspection and confirmation from our team. 

At the moment, we do not provide customized jewellery services. However, we offer a large variety of ready-made designs for customers to choose from. 

Currently, we do not offer silver jewellery. We focus exclusively on 916 gold covering and imitation ornaments. 

Yes. Customers can return or exchange a product at the store if they are not satisfied, provided the ornament is unused and the original tag is intact.
