Color Guarantee: Jewelry comes with a 6-month color guarantee. If any issues with the color of the jewelry occur within the warranty period, free service will be provided.
Care and Cleaning: After use, rinse the jewelry thoroughly with soap/shampoo and clean it with a soft brush in normal water. Wipe it with a cotton cloth to dry. Store the jewelry in a concealed dry place after use.
Precaution: Avoid contact of the jewelry with any chemicals, including sanitizer, alcohol and other harsh cleaning products. These chemicals may damage the jewelry and void the warranty.Â
Returns and Exchanges: Exchange requests (if any) must be raised at the earliest after the purchase. The shop reserves the right to refuse exchanges for used products and delayed claims. Items must be unused, with bill and original packaging. Refunds are not provided. Exchange is subject to stock availability.
Warranty: The warranty card issued at the time of purchase is required to avail free after-services. The company is not responsible for the loss of the warranty card. The company is not liable for breakage or damage to jewelry.
