A warranty card will be issued at the time of purchase. The card must be physically presented at the store to claim warranty service. The company is not responsible for the loss of the warranty card.
Jewellery comes with different warranty categories: No Guarantee, 3-Month Colour Guarantee, and 6-Month Colour Guarantee. Most ornaments come with a 6-month colour guarantee. Customers are advised to check the warranty period before purchase. If any color fading occurs within the applicable warranty period, free re-plating service will be provided.
Breakage, bending, or structural damage to the ornament is not covered under warranty. The company is not liable for such damages caused after purchase.
Exchange requests (if any) must be raised as soon as possible after purchase. The shop reserves the right to refuse exchanges for used products or delayed claims.
Items must be unused and returned with the original bill and packaging for exchange.
Refunds are not provided. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
