Get to know SWAN's Bargaining Committee! SWAN's Bargaining Committee is a group of individuals chosen by members of SWAN to represent and fight for their wants and needs at the bargaining table. They ensure that NYU RAs' labor is fairly compensated and that SWAN's contract appropriately reflects its members' needs.
