Significant updates to this Swanton Hill website:

• 8/18/2026 updates as approved by the Swanton Hill Board month meeting of 8/18/2026

  1. Quick Reference Guide / Buying in Swanton Hill: added assessments ($300/m, $1500 initial)

  2. Quick Reference Guide / Pool: updated 2025 Pool Party guidelines to 2026. Same guidelines but replaces personal email with new Pool Party Coordinator.

  3. Quick Reference Guide / Insurance: replaced out of date Association coverage with current

  4. Miscellaneous Information... / Insurance contracts:
         Replaced reference to 70-page out of date Master Policy
         With current 1-page Certificate of Insurance 2026-27

• 8/30/2023 replaced old HOA insurance policy with the current one

• 7/11/2023 on the Approved Fines webpage:

  1. To clarify who pays fines, added "Owners are responsible for all fines".

  2. Added the already existing unique Regulation's fine for parking on Swanton Hill Court

• 7/11/2023 for the Exterior Paint webpage, now require an image of the paint formula (rather than a typed version)

• 7/11/2023 on the Fences webpage, added that

  1. Fences are not required; however, be sure to get Board approval before making any changes.

  2. When a fence is absent, the homeowner is responsible for the upkeep of the yard/patio.

• 7/11/2023 added webpages Front Doors and Garage Doors to describe existing requirements.

• 10/31/2022 new Rule "Posted Signs:  requirements and temporary exceptions"
