About

Swansea School Advisory Council (SAC, sometimes called Parent Council) is the caregiver-run organization dedicated to supoprting the students, staff, and community of Swansea Jr & Sr Public School. We partner with the school administration to sponsor enrichment opportunities, create space for community engagement, and advocate for the educational needs of the students. 

We are the proud sponsor of many of the school's flagship events, including the annual Welcome Back Party and regular pizza day lunches. We also provide a central support pillar for subcommittees like the Advocacy Committe and Digital Wellness Commitee. 

Our purpose is to build community, fundraise to enrich our students' experience, and advocate for an educuation system that supports all students.
