Dossier

It contains the outcome of your self-assessment transparent in order to provide evidence of progress and to record examples of work relevant to teaching.

In order to draw up and update the document, you are encouraged to include:

• Evidence from lessons you have given.
• Evidence in the form of lesson observations and evaluations.
• Evidence such as detailed reports, comments, checklists etc compiled by different people involved in your teaching.
• Evidence from your analysis of what you have done as a teacher – your ‘teacher actions’ - and from learners’ tasks and related performance.
• Evidence in the form of case studies and action research.
• Evidence from reflection.
