My name is Axel I'm a programmer I've been thought at Future Games in Malmö.
I stumbled into programming the same way most people today did I guess. By growing up in the early day of the internet and start of the digital age we live in today. Always having a intresse in games from early Command & Conquer and Age of Empires I & II, or RPGs like The Witcher and Shadow of War, games became more than just a hobby to me. They sparked my curiosity about how these worlds were built and eventually led me toward programming.
I’ve also always had a deep love for fantasy, especially The Lord of the Rings trilogy, which later grew into a broader passion for fantasy worlds and storytelling in general.
Growing up in a small town, there often wasn’t much to do besides playing games with friends — sharing split-screen sessions, competing, exploring worlds together, and creating memories that still stay with me today.
Those experiences are a big part of why I want to work with games and programming. I want the next generation to be able to experience the same joy, friendship, and sense of adventure that games gave me growing up.
