What are they?
These are self-report surveys that identify an individual's personality type, strengths, and preferences. Based on how an individual answers the questions, they are identified as having one of 16 personality types. The assigned personality type allows individuals to further explore and understand their personalities including their likes, dislikes, strengths, weaknesses, possible career preferences, and compatibility with others. No specific personality is better than another, but simply helps individuals learn more about themselves.
