 I aim to be in the moment with you, to honor your wants and needs in real time.

In labor, you might want movement, touch or encouragement.

You might want music or quiet or someone to vocalize with.

You might want someone to hold your hand or someone to vent at.

You might want to be left alone for a time knowing someone is there just for you.

To become attuned to you and understand your wants and needs we can have

 several conversations and visits throughout your pregnancy.
