A: We welcome faculty members or lecturers to join our program; however, there are a few considerations to consider. We have limited slots for faculty members, typically 1-2 individuals, to ensure our focus remains on the students. Additionally, faculty members who participate in this program must fully join with the students during the program activities. This collaborative approach enhances the overall experience for everyone involved.

A: The USD 400 participation fee for the SUT Global Entrepreneurship Camp 2027 covers the main expenses throughout the program, including twin-sharing accommodation, local transportation according to the program schedule, workshops and program activities, excursions, lunch and dinner on scheduled program days, as well as airport pick-up and drop-off services on the designated arrival and departure dates.

Please note that the participation fee does not cover international airfare, visa fees (if applicable), travel or medical insurance, personal expenses, or accommodation and other expenses incurred outside the official program dates.

Participants who prefer a single room will be required to pay an additional USD 200 per person, bringing the total participation fee to USD 600 per person.

A: Yes, Wi-Fi is available at the campsite for participants. You will receive access information upon arrival. Please note that the Wi-Fi is ready for use within the campsite boundaries. If you venture outside of the campsite, you will need to use your own cellular internet. For your convenience, we recommend purchasing a local SIM card or a roaming service to stay connected when exploring beyond the campsite.

A: If you are unable to attend the SUT Global Entrepreneurship Camp 2027 after completing your registration and receiving the official Acceptance Letter, please inform the organizing team as soon as possible via email at global.entrepreneurship.sut@gmail.com.

Participants are required to submit their cancellation notice at least 15 days before the official start date of the program.

Please note that if a cancellation is made less than 15 days before the program begins, participants may be responsible for any actual costs that have already been incurred and cannot be refunded, such as accommodation deposits, meals and beverages, transportation or vehicle rental, airport transfer arrangements, and other program-related expenses.

Advance notice is important, as the organizing team makes reservations and arrangements based on the number of confirmed participants.
