1. Terms & Conditions

1.1 General

• By purchasing any software license, course, or training program from Boundless Design Academy, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

• We offer digital software licenses and educational training programs (both online & offline).

• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

• Users must be 18 years or older to purchase any service.

1.2 Software Licenses

• Boundless Design Academy provides discounted access to Coohom Pro Licenses under a limited-time offer.

• We are not resellers or official distributors of Coohom software. Instead, we facilitate awareness and influence purchases directly from Coohom.

• License purchases are non-transferable and must be activated as per the software provider’s terms.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring system compatibility before purchasing any software.

• Any issues related to software licensing, activation, or functionality must be addressed directly with Coohom’s official support team. Boundless Design Academy holds no responsibility for software-related disputes.

1.3 Training Programs

• Training sessions are available both online and offline.

• Training schedules, curriculum, and access to course materials are subject to change at the discretion of Boundless Design Academy.

• Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the program and cannot be altered or reissued under different names.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

2.1 Training Program Refunds

• No refunds for cancellations once enrolled in the training program.

• If a participant is unable to attend, they may reschedule to another available session within 30 days by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance.

• In case of unforeseen circumstances where Boundless Design Academy cancels a session, the participant will be offered an alternative date or a refund.

2.2 Software License Refunds

• Software purchases are final. No cancellations or refunds will be entertained once the purchase is processed.

• Users must ensure that they apply the correct promo code at the time of purchase. Refunds will not be issued for incorrect application of discount codes.

• Since software purchases are made directly through Coohom, any refund or cancellation requests should be directed to Coohom’s official support team.

3. Shipping & Delivery Policy

3.1 Digital Software Licenses

• Software licenses will be delivered via email within 24-48 hours of successful payment confirmation.

3.2 Training Materials

• Online training materials will be provided via email or LMS portal before the scheduled session.

• Any physical materials (if applicable) for offline training will be distributed during the session.
