Requirements for presentations

REQUIREMENTS FOR ABSTRACTS

All abstracts must contain original work that has not been published, in full, at the time of abstract submission.

Your abstract has to be provided together with your registration.

Abstract in the main language of the presentation: 200-250 words.

Keywords in the main language of the presentation: 5-8 words.

REQUIREMENTS FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS

≡ Poster size is 594 mm x 420 mm (A2 format). The layout is horizontal.

≡ Poster must include the following:

o Title of the presentation, authors‘ names and surnames, affiliation (in the middle/center of a line). All the titles have to be large enough to be read from 4-5 meters or have ~40-50 font size depending on information quantity;

o Introduction, methods, contents, conclusions, list of references, graphics and tables have to be legible from 2-3 meters or have be ~20-30 font size depending on information quantity. Tables and charts should be numbered and titles indicated.

≡ Use Times New Roman font and single line spacing for the body text.

≡ Text is read from left to right.

≡ You can use any A2 template found on the Internet.

REQUIREMENTS FOR VIRTUAL PRESENTATIONS

We invite you to have a real time virtual presentation via Adobe Connect. This way you will have an opportunity to participate in the conference virtually and participate in a brief discussion after the presentations. We will provide you with the link and all instructions in advance.

If you choose to record your presentation, please do it before 20 May 2019.

≡ It should be recorded as a video or a power-point presentation with audio, being the total playing time of about 10-15 minutes. Your 10-15 minutes video presentation may be having you presenting in front of a camera or your voice over the PowerPoint or a combination of any other creative methods of presentation.

≡ Each presentation should include an introduction, objectives, methodology, results and conclusions.

≡ Upload your file in Dropbox (www.dropbox.com) or Google Drive (https://www.google.com/drive) or YouTube (www.youtube.com). Create an open file so that anyone can watch your video by visiting the link or that we could download it. Kindly email us (jurgita.serniute@vdu.lt) the website link where your file is uploaded.
