The Park and Walk program was initiated at Sussex to help with traffic mitigation. There are 2 spots on Catlin where you can park and walk the rest of the way to Garfield street. (Please see the map.)
Sussex students will receive a stamp card at school and they will collect a stamp each time they walk to school. Students can also receive a stamp for other types of traffic reduction methods such as schoolpooling, bussing, walking, or biking to school. A Sussex staff member will stamp the card at the gate. After 10 stamps they will receive a small prize and can enter their completed stamp card into the grand prizes raffles.
There will be 2 raffle drawings - December and May and winners will be announced in the school newsletter.

The Missoula in Motion (MIM) schoolpool program helps organize our current school directory and determine which Sussex families live near each other. The Schoolpool program is private and your information is protected. You will not be able to access the schoolpool on the MIM website but a list of neighboring families will be emailed to you.
Families can also create an account on the Missoula in Motion website to earn discounts/coupons from local businesses by tracking your time walking/biking/carpooling to school.
If you do not want to be a participant in the Sussex School-pool, then please email SPA to opt-out at spa@sussexschool.org
