Parent Volunteer hours are an important way to keep tuition in check and it is also a great way to support our community. You will now be able to see current volunteer opportunities here. You can sign up or cancel shifts as needed on your own. Signup.com will also send out reminders for shifts you have signed up for. 

Did you know that you can also earn parent hours by just participating in school events? Parent meetings, school meetings, school and classroom socials all count as parent hours! 

You can log your parent hours on the FACTS program. After you log into the FACTS Family Portal (District Code: SS-MT), click on Family Home which is listed under Family. To the right, you will see Family Members with contact info, service hours, preferences. In the Service Hours section, select the Family Member that you need to service hours for, and then click on the Add button. This will lead you to a new screen. For Description, click on [Type a custom value]. This will allow you to type in the description of the parent job. You can add a note as well. Adding a name to Verified By is not necessary.
