Buffer Ordinance Revised Draft

After many public comments in Oct. 2021, County Assistant Attorney, Vince Robertson, presented the revised ordinance at the P&Z meeting on 12/16/2021.
This revised draft will be at the public hearing at the Council meeting on 1/11/2022.
The revision is rid of the whole 'Selective Tree Cutting' section, but pretty much all others are still there, which concern among the public.
