Buffer/Wetlands Ordinance

Update - The Council Adopted on 5/17; Eff. 11/17/2022

This applies only to Residential Communities:

  • As it is written, this ordinance applies only to major residential subdivisions (more than 5 units), residential conditional use, and residential planned communities (RPC) - not commercial, commercial/residential mix or industrial zones. The Workforce Housing or Master Planning Zoning that the Council may adopt in the future may not have the buffer/wetlands protection.
