As part of the Amader Para Amader Samadhan initiative, I actively participated in facilitating citizen-centric public service delivery by assisting residents with government services, addressing public grievances, and providing information on various welfare schemes.
The programme created a direct platform for interaction between citizens and the administration, enabling faster grievance redressal, improved service accessibility, and greater awareness of government initiatives. It also strengthened community engagement by ensuring that public services reached people at their doorstep in an efficient and transparent manner.
Kanyashree Girls Maratho Competition 2023 at Adina ECO Park, Gazole

As part of the Kanyashree Programme, the Kanyashree Girls' Marathon 2023 was organized to promote physical fitness, self-confidence, leadership, and the holistic development of adolescent girls.
The event encouraged young girls to embrace a healthy lifestyle, participate in sports, and build confidence through teamwork and determination. Beyond the competition, the marathon served as a platform to spread awareness about girls' education, empowerment, gender equality, and the importance of creating opportunities for every girl to achieve her full potential.
The enthusiastic participation of students reflected the growing spirit of confidence, resilience, and empowerment among young girls in the community.
Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Programme
Conducting an awareness session for Kanyashree Club members to promote menstrual health, hygiene, dignity, and informed health practices among adolescent girls.

On the occasion of Menstrual Hygiene Day 2023, an awareness programme was organized to promote menstrual health, hygiene, and dignity among adolescent girls under the Kanyashree Programme.
The session focused on breaking myths and misconceptions surrounding menstruation, encouraging healthy hygiene practices, and creating an environment where girls can openly discuss menstrual health without stigma. Students were informed about the importance of sanitation, nutrition, and access to menstrual hygiene products for their overall health and well-being.
The programme also emphasized that menstrual health is closely linked to girls' education, school attendance, confidence, and empowerment, contributing to the broader goals of gender equality and social development.
Conducting an interactive awareness session to educate students on child protection, health, digital safety, and responsible citizenship

A comprehensive awareness workshop was organized for students to address some of the most critical social challenges affecting adolescents and communities. The programme focused on promoting informed decision-making, personal safety, and responsible citizenship through education and open discussion.
Key topics included child marriage prevention, teenage pregnancy, human trafficking, drug and tobacco abuse, cyber safety, vector-borne diseases, and the responsible use of mobile phones and digital technologies. The workshop encouraged students to make informed choices, recognize social risks, and contribute to building a safer and healthier society.
The initiative also highlighted the importance of collaboration among educational institutions, government departments, and local stakeholders in creating awareness and empowering young people.

As part of the Kanyashree Programme, a comprehensive awareness campaign was conducted to educate students about the harmful consequences of child marriage and to promote the importance of girls' education, health, safety, and legal rights.
The campaign was organized in collaboration with the school administration, teachers, ICDS workers, and local stakeholders. Through interactive discussions, role-play activities, poster-making competitions, and awareness sessions, students learned about the legal age of marriage, the social and health impacts of child marriage, and the importance of continuing education.
The initiative encouraged students to become informed advocates within their families and communities, reinforcing the message that every girl deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and choose her future.
