Do you sometimes feel anxious, unhappy, stuck, not knowing what to do, or where to find help? Are you facing a difficult or life changing occurrence or relationship difficulties – with your partner, at work or with friends or family?



Finding someone to help can be a confusing and frightening experience. I can offer you a quiet and safe confidential place in which to help you find ways out of what might trouble you. I work on a short, medium or longer term basis, depending upon what you might want. What is important is that you feel I can help you and we both decide together as to how you might want to proceed.


My main ways of working are based on the Person Centred, Transactional Analysis and EMDR models and theories of therapy.


I have worked as a counsellor and later as a psychotherapist (see "About Me") for over 25 years.


My main interests lie in human relationships, how they are formed, and how people manage them.
