I'm a BA, PGCE, Dip. Counsl. (Metanoia) CTA, PTSTA, BACP Accredited Senior Reg. Practitioner and a UKCP Registered Psychotherapist.

I have worked as a Person Centred Counsellor in private practice for over 30 years and gained my psychotherapy registration as a Transactional Analyst in 2007.

My clients include individuals, couples and groups. I work long medium and short term using psychological models, theories and ways of working from Transactional Analysis, Person Centred and EMDR.

Presenting issues that I work with include:-

• Eating disorders

• Depression

• Bereavement

• Addiction

• Sexual Abuse

I have worked for outside agencies such as Social Services, and Mental Health, and since 1994 have been employed as a freelance counsellor and psychotherapist for over a dozen EAP providers  such as AXA-ICAS and BUPA

Over the past 30  years I have tutored and co-tutored on Diploma in Counselling training programmes, such as FE colleges and the University of Kent at Canterbury.
