REFUND POLICY
All our clients are very important to us, that's why Wesellers("Company"), has created the following Refund Policy to let You know how we handle the refunds for the goods ordered and bought on our website/or by wesellers by any modes of communication https://sites.google.com/view/surplusclothinglife/home?authuser=0 ("Website")or the goods ordered and bought from our Company with any mode of channel or with any mode of communication (order can be placed via whatsapp with our sales team also ).
The terms "You," "Your," and "Yours" refer to the entity/ person/ organization using our Website. When this Policy mentions "we", "us,", and "our" it refers to the Company and its subsidiaries or /and affiliates. The term "goods" refer to any product or item bought on our Website by You.
This Refund Policy is governed by our Terms of Services.

Some of the goods can be returned within 10 days of delivery and are eligible for a refund. You have the right, to return such goods, if it has not been used, damaged or its appearance has not substantially changed, that is, the appearance of the product or its packaging has been made only such alterations as were necessary to inspect the goods received.
The right to withdraw from a distance contract within 10 days without giving a reason does not apply to legal persons (e.g. companies, entrepreneurs).

[ NOTE : We have two different types of return & refund policy 1st policy is for samples order, in which you order samples of products(e.g.: clothes samples,). 2nd policy is for bulk/wholesale order, in which you order proper bulk or wholesale order (e.g. : bulk order of clothes). ]
Further Refund Terms & Conditions : We have 2 types of Refund & return terms & conditions , One for the Samples of products and Other for Bulk ( or Wholesale Order) –
You can purchase samples of the products for quality check, but samples products price must not be above ₹9000, any order above price worth ₹9000 will be marked as wholesale order & will be considered as wholesale or bulk order. Every samples order/s will be governed by samples refund t&c/samples refund policy.
You can place wholesale or bulk order for reselling, any order above ₹9000 will be marked as wholesale order, any order below ₹9000 will be marked as samples order. Every Wholesale order/s will be governed by wholesale refund t&c / wholesale refund policy.
Samples Product terms & condition :
Any order which is below price worth ₹9000 will be marked & considered as samples order , any order which is purchased under these conditions ( below ₹9000 or purchased as samples order ) are not eligible for money refund (e.g. : cash/bank transfer/UPI transfer etc. ) but refund will be done in form of wesellers credits ( for more information about credit & it’s usage kindly visit terms of use page) these credits can be used to buy new items as, your refund will be given in credits, you can use these credits in purchasing new products, if you further feel not satisfied so you can request us to show you our live current stock on video call(whatsapp video call could be the best option)to buy other products.
Bulk or Wholesale terms & condition :
Any order above price worth ₹9000 will be marked as wholesale order, any order below ₹9000 will be marked as samples order. Every Wholesale order/s will be governed by wholesale refund t&c / wholesale refund policy.
Only wholesale/bulk order/s can be refunded in terms of money e.g. : via bank transfer / UPI transfer etc.
Except for Cash On Delivery transaction, refund, if any, shall be made at the same Issuing Bank from where Transaction Price was received, or through any other method available on the Platform/or available at wesellers, as chosen by You.
For Cash On Delivery transactions, refunds, if any, will be made via electronic payment transfers.
Refund shall be made in Indian Rupees only and shall be equivalent to the Transaction Price received in Indian Rupees. Sipping price will not be included in refund price.
For electronics payments, refund shall be made through payment facility using NEFT / RTGS or any other online banking / electronic funds transfer system approved by Reserve Bank India (RBI).
Refunds may be supported for select banks. Where a bank is not supported for processing refunds, You will be required to share alternate bank account details with us for processing the refund.
Refund shall be conditional and shall be with recourse available to Wesellers in case of any misuse by Buyer.
We may also request you for additional documents for verification.
Refund shall be subject to Buyer complying with Policies.
Wesellers reserves the right to impose limits on the number of Transactions or Transaction Price which Wesellers may receive from on an individual Valid Credit/Debit/ Cash Card / Valid Bank Account/ and such other infrastructure or any other financial instrument directly or indirectly through payment aggregator or through any such facility authorized by Reserve Bank of India to provide enabling support facility for collection and remittance of payment or by an individual Buyer during any time period, and reserves the right to refuse to process Transactions exceeding such limit.
Wesellers reserves the right to refuse to process Transactions by Buyers with a prior history of questionable charges including without limitation breach of any agreements by Buyer with Wesellers or breach/violation of any law or any charges imposed by Issuing Bank or breach of any policy.
Wesellers may do such checks as it deems fit before approving the receipt of/Buyers commitment to pay (for Cash On Delivery transactions) Transaction Price from the Buyer for security or other reasons at the discretion of Wesellers. As a result of such check if Wesellers is not satisfied with the creditability of the Buyer or genuineness of the Transaction or other reasons at its sole discretion, Wesellers shall have the right to reject the receipt of / Buyers commitment to pay Transaction Price. For avoidance of doubt, it is hereby clarified that the ‘Cash on Delivery’ feature for payment, may be disabled for certain account users, at the sole discretion of Wesellers.
The Buyer acknowledge that Wesellers will not be liable for any damages, interests or claims etc. resulting from not processing a Transaction/Transaction Price or any delay in processing a Transaction/Transaction Price which is beyond control of Wesellers.
Compliance with Laws:
As required by applicable law, if the Customer makes a purchase of an amount equal to or above INR 2 00 000.00, the Customer will be required to upload a scanned copy of his/her PAN card on the Platform/or must submit to company employee, within 4 days of making the purchase, failing which, the purchase made by the Customer will be cancelled. The requirement to submit the PAN card arises only once and if it has been submitted once by the Customer, it need not be submitted again. The order of the Customer shall stand cancelled if there is a discrepancy between the name of the Customer and the name on the PAN Card.
Refund Time Period :
For Samples order refund time period is for 3 days after receiving the parcel, customer can ask for refund within 3 days after delivery. Any grievance will not be accepted after given period of time.
For bulk & wholesale order refund time period is for 10 days after receiving the parcel, customer can ask for refund within 10 days after delivery. Any grievance will not be accepted after given period of time.
STANDARD RETURNS
Any goods that You wish to return must be in the original packaging and unopened, in a condition fit for resale. If the Goods to be returned do not meet these conditions, we will be unable to offer a refund.
If the item is not subject to an Exception, you must place your refund request within 3 days of delivery of the item.

In case of the return of the goods, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
You must exercise return right responsibly and return the product in the original neat packaging, as well as return all complete parts of the product. You are responsible for the complete set of the returned goods. If the goods are not complete, we won't be able to accept the returned goods and issue a refund.
Once the Goods and the Return form have been received and checked by our staff, a refund will be authorised by in the form of Store Credit or Bank transfer/UPI transfer etc. or as per (refund t&c) mentioned above. Depending on your financial institution, refunds can take up to 14 days to be credited to you in form of Store Credit. In all cases we have the right to suspend the refund until the good are received back and inspected.
If You fail to meet the deadlines of our Return policy, we will be unable to offer a refund.
RETURN EXCEPTIONS
Your right to return goods purchased from us does not apply to:
- Goods that are not suitable for return because of sanitary and health reasons.
- Goods that have been personalized for your buyer.
- Goods that are likely to degrade or pass their expiration dates quickly, such as food.
- Goods that are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
- Goods that have been unpacked after delivery, such as packaged video or audio recordings or packaged software that have been unpacked after delivery.
- Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines.
- Discounted items cannot be returned.
- Assorted Samples items cannot be returned.
RESTOCKING FEES
Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a Company mistake, we will charge a restocking fee of 12% of the purchase price paid less shipping and handling. Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a credit or refund of the purchase price paid, which will be reduced by the amount of applicable restocking.
DEFECTIVE GOODS
In certain cases, such as defective, damaged or wrong goods, you may be required to provide evidence of the issue, such as a photo or video, or to return the item to receive a refund.
PROCESS TO FOLLOW TO GET REFUND
You must contact our company at wesellersuport@gmail.com within 3 days upon delivery and provide detailed information, (All below information is mandatory to submit, to claim refund) such as:
- Proof of purchase
- Order number
- VAT or GST invoice number
- Product name
- Information about the defect, failure or missing part of the item
- Defect evidence (e.g. a photo or video of the item, a photo of the defective area , a photo of the packaging, other).
- Unpacking Video - Unpacking Video must be a single video without any editing and in a Single Video 3 things must be included , A : Video of receiving parcel from Delivery/courier boy/girl. B : Same video must be continued to unpacking the parcel. C : In same video customer must count each & every item in numbers , as well as if some goods have some defects , than show the same defectiveness in the same video ) Any other unpacking video (than this Video as mentioned) is not accepted/or acceptable for refund or Exchange. Company have Rights to cancel customers refund or exchange/return , without giving (customers) any written proof or document.
- NOTE: Unpacking video must be included ( unpacking video is a mandatory proof must be recorded as per above mentioned guidelines) while fulfilling all the conditions mentioned above. If you are not able to submit unpacking video of parcel ( with clear label visible ), we will cancel your refund immediate.
- To receive store credit : Kindly talk to your support person from company
In case You are required to return the goods back to us, You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
The goods must be returned in the original packaging (with instructions and/or warranty card, if they were delivered with the product).
FURTHER INFORMATION
NOTE: As company do the Trade of Goods from Third Parties ( Other Dealers ) , Company will not be responsible for Packaging Videos of Goods & Products Quality , hence you cannot ask for packaging video of goods or products from company and cannot do any complain against us.
According to company policy we cannot disclose our Third parties & other Dealers information.
