Check-In Meetings

We will have 4 check-in meetings: 6/27, 7/11, 7/25, and 8/08. Meetings will be held in Engineering IV from 9:00-10am according to TPL groupings. 

*Always double-check calendar for any room and location updates

Group 1: Pat at Faraday Room (67-124) 

Group 2: Samuel at Maxwell Room (57-124)

Group 3: Sina at Tesla Room (53-125) 

The purpose of this section is to check in on your research progress and to address any pressing issues. The meetings will address questions such as: 

• What type of project are you working on? How can you communicate this information to students outside of your lab?

• What is the one new thing you learned in lab this week?

• What is the one thing you accomplished this week?

For an obstacle that you encountered this week:

• What are the objective facts about the issue? What are the technical challenges?

• What are the subjective facts about the issue? How do you feel about the issue? What do you want?

• How should you handle this obstacle? What are your next steps?
