Research Interest
My primary motivation for pursuing a scientific research career is to explore the fascinating world of material science, and to understand the scientific aspects of structure – property correlation of the materials and how interesting physical property leads to different application potentials with the help of state of the art techniques.
General Area of Interests:
Synchrotron radiation spectroscopy-based study of strongly correlated electron systems like Topological Insulators, Skyrmions, 2D materials, Charge Density Waves, Superconductors, Spin Glass, Griffith’s phase etc.
Synthesis and Characterisation of different materials like, Half metallic ferromagnets, Perovskites, Pyrochlores, Diluted magnetic semiconductors etc. for their use in spintronics
Monitoring and analysis of low temperature magneto transport studies across thin film structures and in nanostructure materials
