Research Skills


    • Trained in using different thin film deposition techniques, viz., Pulsed laser deposition (PLD), Electron beam evaporation and thermal evaporation.

    • Used ultra-high vacuum arc melting furnace at Dept. of Physics, IIT Kharagpur

    • Proficient in broad spectrum of research tools viz, Magnetic property measurement (SQUID-MPMS and VSM), Raman, XRD, Photoluminiscence, UV-Vis, FT-IR, I-V, C-V, Scanning Tunneling Microscopy, resistivity and dielectric measurements.

    • Have used different experimental tools like, AFM-MFM, XPS, XAS-XMCD, Neutron Diffraction, SEM, TEM

    • Designed and installed Hall effect and Thermoelectric measurement set up in Dept. of Physics, IIT (BHU)

    • Used magnetoresistance set up during Ph.D. time in Dept. of Physics, BHU
