Vinod received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, Haryana, India. He joined the Ph.D. program in 2021.
He is currently working on releasing and recognition of gasotransmitters. Beyond lab activities, he loves to travel, and he loves to do farming.
Nitin received her B.Sc. and M.Sc. from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, Haryana, India. She joined Ph.D. in 2022.
She is currently working on reactive nitrogen species (RNS). Beyond lab activities she is a bibliophile.
Nandini received her B.Sc. (Medical) and M.Sc. (Organic Chemistry) from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, Haryana, India. She joined the Ph.D. program in 2023.
She is currently working on reactive sulfur species (RSS) and polymer-based sensors for pesticides.
Aakshika received her B.Sc. from Madras Christian College, Tamilnadu, India, and M.Sc. from Loyola College, Tamilnadu, India. She joined the Ph.D. program in 2023.
She is currently working on light-induced release of carbon monoxide. Out of the lab, she likes to sing and is a dance enthusiast. She loves to paint.
Sanjay received his B.Sc. (Medical) and M.Sc. (Organic Chemistry) from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, Haryana, India. He joined the Ph.D. program in 2024.
He is currently working on reactive sulfur species (RSS). Out of the lab, he likes to ride and explore, and he loves to capture photos.
Gokul received his B.Sc. from Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirapalli, Tamilnadu, India, and M.Sc. from Gandhigram Rural Institute, Dindigul, Tamilnadu, India. He joined the Ph.D. program in 2024.
He is currently working on reactive sulfur species (RSS). He is a shutterbug. He likes to read books, scribble, and adventure.
Jasvir received his B.Sc. (Chemistry Hons.) and M.Sc. (Physical chemistry) from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak, Haryana, India. He joined the Ph.D. program in 2025.
He is currently working on cryptands and macromolecules. Out off the lab, he use to travel and explore new places.

Dr. Amrita Ghosh
Dr. Amrita has completed her master's degree in chemistry from the Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Shibpur, Howrah, West Bengal, India. She obtained her Ph.D. at the Central Salt and Marine Chemicals Research Institute (CSMCRI, CSIR-Lab) in Bhavnagar, Gujarat, with Dr. Amitava Das. Then she moved to Universität Bielefeld for her postdoctoral research. She did her next postdoctoral fellowship at the Department of Chemistry, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, Haryana, India.
Dr. Rahul completed his Ph.D. under the guidance of Dr. Amilan Jose (degree awarded in May 2018). He joined as Scientist B at CSIR-National Institute of Oceanography, Goa, in 2021. His specialisation is in marine pollution, chemical sensors, and photodynamic therapy.
Dr. Pawan Kumar completed his M.Sc. from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, Haryana, in 2008. and M.Phil. from Maharishi Markandeshwar University, Mullana, Ambala, Haryana in 2009. He was awarded a Ph.D. from the National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra, Haryana, under the guidance of Dr. Amilan Jose in 2021. He is serving as an assistant professor in the Department of Chemistry at Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University, Uttarakhand, India. His research specialisations are chemical sensors and molecular recognition, photochemistry and fluorescent probes, and chemical and isotopic approaches to groundwater studies.
Dr. Rahul Sakla was born and raised in Delhi, India. He had completed his B.Sc. Honours in Chemistry from SGTB Khalsa College, University of Delhi in 2014 and M.Sc. Chemistry from IIT Delhi in 2016. He then received his Ph.D. from NIT Kurukshetra in 2022 with Dr. Amilan Jose D. Then, he moved to the Institute of Nano Science and Technology Mohali to join the group of Dr. Rehan Khan. In December 2023, he joined as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry, Malviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur and currently working there. He extensively researched gasotransmitters, the Sensing of metal ions and biothiols, and Drug Delivery Systems.
Dr Nancy Sharma was born and raised in Haryana, India. She had completed her BSc (Hons) degree in Chemistry from University of Delhi and MSc Chemistry from KUK, Haryana, India. She then received her PhD from National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra, Haryana, India under the guidance of Dr. Amilan Jose in 2023. She then moved to the Institute of Nano Science and Technology (INST), Mohali, India to join the the group of Dr. Asifkhan Shanavas as post-doctoral fellow in 2023. She is currently working as a post-doctoral researcher at Institut Parisien de Chimie Moleculaire (IPCM), Sorbonne University, Paris, France.
She received his Ph.D. from NIT Kurukshetra in 2024 with Dr. Amilan Jose. Currently she is working as a post-doctoral research fellow at Guangdong University of Technology. China
