1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the SuperNova VPN mobile application (the "App"), developed by Wyo Pharmacy LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, please do not use or install the App.
2. Description of Service
SuperNova VPN provides a Virtual Private Network (VPN) service designed to enhance your online privacy and security. We guarantee a strict No-Log Policy for your core VPN activities. We do not track, collect, or store your browsing history, traffic destination data, or DNS queries.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use SuperNova VPN strictly for lawful purposes. You shall not use our services to:
Engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activities.
Distribute malware, spam, or participate in phishing campaigns.
Attempt to bypass, exploit, or compromise the security of any network, device, or system.
Violate the intellectual property, privacy, or legal rights of others.
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you violate any of these Acceptable Use rules.
4. Third-Party Services and Advertisements
While we do not log your VPN traffic, the App utilizes integrated third-party SDKs to provide essential analytics, handle crash reports, and display advertisements to keep the service sustainable. By using the App, you acknowledge the involvement of the following third-party services:
Google Play Services (Core Android functionality and device security)
Google AdMob (Advertising and monetization)
Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics (Performance monitoring, user engagement, and bug tracking)
Meta Platforms (Facebook Event SDK) (Ad campaign measurement and event analytics)
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
SuperNova VPN is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to provide reliable, fast, and secure services, Wyo Pharmacy LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's uninterrupted availability, speed, or complete protection against all cyber threats. Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wyo Pharmacy LLC, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data breaches on third-party networks, or other intangible losses.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be resolved under the corresponding legal jurisdictions.
