• • Trigger: When you tap the "Connect" button to activate the VPN service.

• • Explanation: This permission allows the App to run the VPN service persistently in the background. It ensures that the Android system does not forcibly kill the App while your connection is active, and it is necessary to display a persistent VPN status in your notification bar.

• android.permission.FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE

• • Trigger: When you tap the "Connect" button to activate the VPN service (applicable to Android 14 and above).

• • Explanation: Used in conjunction with the standard foreground service permission, this explicitly declares the special VPN foreground service type (specialUse/vpn). This is required to fully comply with Android 14's strict policies regarding foreground service allocations.

• android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS

  • Trigger: Requested via a prompt on the splash screen or initial launch.

• • Explanation: For devices running Android 13 and above, this permission is required to display the real-time VPN connection status notification in your device's status bar, and to send you important in-app operational alerts.

4. Third-Party Services and Data Collection

While we do not log your VPN traffic, we utilize trusted third-party SDKs to analyze App performance, report crashes, and deliver advertisements. These third-party services may automatically collect device-level identifiers (such as Advertising IDs) and non-personally identifiable analytical data:
