How to Join SUPERFORM

We are absolutley delighted that YOU want to become a member of SUPERFORM!!!

But before we begin with the simple process, there is some information which is good to know:

Who is SUPERFORM for?

• In SUPERFORMs constitution is says that SUPERFORM is built to help and provide students at Stockholm University (SU) the opportunity to participate in Performing Arts activities (in other words, singing, dancing, theatre- activities).

The Perks of Becomming a SUPERFORM Member:

• You will get free access to the events and workshops that SUPERFORM hosts.

• You will also get the oppertunity to perform at our beloved Open Stage Nights and in our Big Projects.

• You will get the right to vote at our Annual Meetings.

• And you will get access to an exclusive Facebook Messenger Members Chat.

To become a member of SUPERFORM you'll need to complete a two-step rocket! It's really easy and we'll be glad to help you along the way!

Step 1: Complete SUPERFORMs Sign-Up form! You can find it down bellow (It's just so we can get a chance to know you and your interests a little bit better. We follow the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)):

Step 2: Remember to pay a membership fee. Please follow the instructions:

• You either pay for a (1) single semester, which costs 30 SEK. Or you pay for 2 semesters (1 whole year), which costs 70 SEK.

• Write your "First Name" "Last Name" + "Your Emailaddress" + "Membership", so we know who made the payment.

Example: "Person McPerson. mcperson.p@emailservice.com Membership"

•  If we cannot link the payment to you, we cannot grant you a membership. With that said, since we really want to grant you a SUPERFORM Membership please contact us with your questions regarding payment. Our emailaddress: superform.contact@gmail.com

Important Information: When you have 1. Completed the Sign-Up form. 2. Paid the Membership fee, you will receive a confirmation email, welcoming you to SUPERFORM. Since this task is performed manually, it could take a few days before the email is send to you.
