Who is SUPERFORM for?

In SUPERFORMs constitution is says that SUPERFORM is built to help and provide students at Stockholm University (SU) the opportunity to participate in Performing Arts activities (in other words, singing, dancing, theatre- activities). Our aim is to encourage self-expression through performance, entertain SU students, staff and beyond, and bring together students with diverse backgrounds. Our target audience is the undergraduate and postgraduate students at Stockholm University

What does SUPERFORM do? We're glad you asked! Down below we explain what SUPERFORM is all about!

SUPERFORM is built, so the members can choose between several different awesome free events and workshops to participate in. The events and workshops could range from theatre, dancing and/or involving music. With that said, SUPERFORM cannot promise to have an extraordinary smörgåsbord of activities each semester, since it depends on unique presumptions, to be blunt: We are full time students, just like you

Central events and workshops during the semesters have so far been:

An famous Open Stage Night. Believe it or not, it is exactly what it sounds like, SUPERFORM invites the members to perform on a stage and enjoy the night together! At SUPERFORM we feel really proud over our great relations with other associations on Campus Frescati and Albano. We have such good relations, that we always try to rent the comforable and cozy Café Bojan, operated by the Samhällsvetenskapliga Föreningen. The Open Stage Night is a great opportunity to mingle around and find new awesome friends.

A Delicious Big Project each semester. At SUPERFORM we have made extraordinary productions, only possible through the dedicated help from students just like us! SUPERFORM has organized everything from Musicals and Short Film Projects to what we call Showcases (a form of variety show featuring Music and Dancing and Theatre and Poetry and More)! The Musicals, Film Projects and Showcases are great fun since they combine or love for performing arts (Theatre, Dancing, Singing and More). With that said, there are always room to help us with backstage tasks, all of them just as important as the things happening on stage!

Lots of different Events and Workshops. Each semester SUPERFORM organizes workshops and makes events, ranging from Dance classes to Improvisational Theatre worshops and Poetry evenings. We do it all!

Must I be a member to participate in SUPERFORMs Events and Workshops?

In brief: No! With that said, there are some perks of becomming a SUPERFORM Member. For example, you get free entrance to SUPERFORMs hosted events and workshops. Usually SUPERFORM charges a small entrance fee. You can always find the lastest and most concrete information about all of our events and workshops in the corresponding Facebook-Event!

In addition, you get to perform at our Big Projects and our Open Stage Night and you will also get access to an exclusive Facebook Messenger Members Chat.

As a SUPERFORM Member you also get the right to vote at our Annual Meetings.
