We all think before we act.
We analyse. We evaluate. We consider the possibilities.
But sometimes, thinking doesn’t lead to a decision—it keeps us going around in circles.
Think → Think → Think → No Action.
That is the trap of overthinking.
Overthinking often makes us search for:
The perfect decision
The perfect time
Complete certainty
A guarantee that nothing will go wrong
But such certainty rarely exists.
The more we wait for the perfect answer, the more difficult it can become to take the first step.
Instead of asking yourself:
“What if this goes wrong?”
Try asking:
“What can I do next?”
You don't need to solve everything today.
Take one small step.
Learn from what happens.
Adjust your approach.
Then take the next step.
Because action creates information that thinking alone cannot provide.
Think enough to make a decision.
Then give yourself permission to act.
Don't allow endless thinking to turn a possibility into a missed opportunity.
From Think → Think → Think
To Think → Decide → ACT.
