TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Eligibility
Open to children aged 3 to 16 years from any part of the world.
The record or achievement must be original, genuine, and verifiable.
2. Submission of Record
Applicants must submit photo or video evidence, supporting documents, and witness statements.
Incomplete or false information will lead to disqualification.
3. Verification Process
The Super Kids Records Committee will review and verify every submission.
The decision of the committee is final and cannot be challenged.
4. Certificate Issuance
Only approved records will receive an Official Certificate of Achievement.
Certificates may be issued digitally or in printed form.
5. Media and Publicity
By submitting your entry, you agree that Super Kids Records may use photos, videos, and details for promotional purposes such as online, print, or events.
6. Fees and Processing
There is no fee for initial submission.
Nominal charges may apply for certificate printing, courier, or documentation.
7. Conduct and Integrity
Plagiarism, falsification, or misrepresentation of data will result in disqualification.
8. Record Duration and Updates
Records remain valid until a new record surpasses the previous one.
9. Communication
All official communication will be through the registered email ID.
10. Safety and Well-being
All record attempts must be performed under safe conditions and with adult supervision. Super Kids Records will not be responsible for any injury or damage occurring during a record attempt.
