GUIDELINES AND RULES

1. Objective:

Super Kids Records is an national platform designed to recognize and honor the extraordinary talents, achievements, and skills of children across the world. The goal is to inspire creativity, confidence, and excellence among young achievers.

2. Eligibility:

* Participants must be **below 12 years of age**.

* Individual, group, or institutional entries are accepted.

* Entries must showcase **original skills, talent, or achievement** verified by valid proof.

   3. Record Categories:

* **Academic Excellence**

* **Arts & Creativity**

* **Sports & Physical Activities**

* **Science & Innovation**

* **Cultural & Social Service**

* **Unique Skills and Talents**

(Additional categories may be introduced by the management.)

 **4. Application Procedure:**

1. Submit your **application form** online or by email.

2. Include clear **photos, videos, and documents** as evidence of your achievement.

3. The entry will be reviewed by the **Record Verification Committee**.

4. If verified, a **Certificate of Achievement** and **Record ID** will be issued.

**5. Evidence Requirements:**

* High-quality video of the attempt (full duration, unedited).

* Photographs from different angles.

* Witness statements (preferably from teachers, officials, or professionals).

* Date, time, and place of the record attempt.

**6. Judging and Decision:**

* The decision of the **Super Kids Records Committee** is **final and binding**.

* Records must adhere strictly to given rules and evidence guidelines.

* Any falsified or incomplete data will lead to **disqualification**.

 **7. Recognition:**

* Verified participants will receive:

  * **Certificate of Record**

  * **Record ID Number**

  * Optional inclusion in the **Annual Record Book** and website.

 **8. General Rules:**

* Maintain **discipline, safety, and honesty** during performance.

* Group records must specify total participants and duration.

* Repeat attempts are allowed if rules are followed.

* Copyrights of all submitted materials belong jointly to the participant and Super Kids Records for promotional use.

**9. Disqualification Criteria:**

* Plagiarism, copied performances, or unsafe acts.

* Use of inappropriate language or harmful content.

* Non-compliance with verification standards.

**10. Certificate Validity:**

* Certificates are valid as official recognition of achievement under Super Kids Records.

* Each record is stored in the **official online database**.
