The core of the consortium is located at the newly created Helsinki Graduate School of Economics (Helsinki GSE). Helsinki GSE is a joint venture between Aalto University, Hanken School of Economics and University of Helsinki and brings together the economic departments/units of these three universities. We augment the economic and econometric expertise present at Helsinki GSE with legal expertise by working intensively with the leading law & PP scholars from the University of Lapland. By doing so and by engaging a network of acknowledged domestic and international collaborators, the consortium will contribute to building a hub of economic and legal research on PP in Finland.
