Attendees will walk away with their own personal vision board and a skill set that can empower them to shift their perspective. This workshop explores the powerful link between mental and physical health and the critical discussion of body image. Attendees will learn how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors impact overall well-being, as well as messages received from others and through the media. Attendees will gain tools to enhance self-awareness, positive self-talk, and healthy habits to improve the mind-body connection. Every body is different, and we're here to celebrate what ours can do for us.
This workshop aims to educate young adults on the positive and negative impacts of social media use, empowering them to navigate digital spaces safely and responsibly. The brain science behind social media will also be explored. Attendees will walk away with the skills needed to make informed choices, build healthy online habits, and maintain a balanced relationship with social media in a world where "everyone else's parents let them do that."
This workshop covers two huge obstacles during the adolescent years: healthy communication and conflict resolution strategies. Family, friend, romantic, peer, academic, and other relationships will be explored. Attendees will learn their communication style, as well as healthy ways to communicate with others. Conflict resolution strategies will be applied, touching on peer pressure, bullying, and general relationships conflicts. No more long, misunderstood fights over Snapchat; Attendees will learn about "green flags" to make relationships stronger and learn how to set boundaries to protect their own values and peace.
This workshop lifts attendees up and utilizes research-based strategies for improving self-esteem. No matter what level attendees are at in their self-esteem journey, this workshop will give them some key takeaways to either reinforce skills or begin using skills that can make a huge difference in the way young women see themselves. Attendees will leave this session with a physical collection of positive affirmations, reminders, and inspirational quotes that they can reference whenever needed. We love a self-confident queen, but confidence is a journey. We are here to print the directions and pack the car!

Young women are going through a lot - body changes, emotional ups and downs, social media noise, pressure from school and other sources, time constraints due to sports, jobs, or other extracurriculars...you name it. It's hard out here! Attendees will explore evidence-based strategies for managing anxiety and stress in the moment, dealing with processing difficult emotions, and learning how to reframe negative thoughts.
