What if I don't receive my order?

We ship out USPS under normal circumstances the United States postal office is usually pretty reliable. Covid-19 as you may know has caused delays for many delivery carriers. Once your package is in the possession of the USPS we have no more control over delivery. If your package is not delivered you may receive a full refund pending a full investigation. If it is discovered that your package was delivered either to your address or the wrong address there's nothing we can do.

When will I receive my order?

It depends on the order, some orders are hand created at moment of purchase. All orders have a 24-hour hold to allow for cancellation and processing. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Inclement weather may delay delivery time.

Where are you located and can I pick up my order?

We are currently located in Dundalk, Maryland. No, sorry we no longer offer local pick-up.

Are you the sole Artist and what is the best way to contact you?

Mostly, I do from time to time commission work from other artist.. usually family. However if you would like to work with me or just would like to ask me some questions, you may contact me on ... Etsy, Facebook, Twitter, Email &/or our website. I do commission assistance in answering your concerns & questions from family & friends... just request my personal Email, if you need to contact me directly. - Lisa
