Geologist Peter Hews will review the natural and human-caused sources of methane and present some possible solutions to help reduce the influence of this powerful greenhouse gas.

Meet at viewing platform in Mission Point Park at 10:00.

Note that because of the high tide, time is later than usual.

Parking is available at Brookman Park or Davis Bay waterfront.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

All SCNHS members are welcome on this walk. Day membership is available for $5 at the event. All participants must sign a liability form. It would be appreciated if dogs were not brought on the walk.
