Ms Grace was an infant teacher when I first met her. I was emotional as I was pregnant with our second child, dropping off our older son. Ms Grace put me at so much ease after talking with her, which helped me prepare for the inevitable dreaded drop off. Letting someone watch your baby at just 3 months old is very overwhelming, emotional, and it’s hard to fully trust. Well, my husband and I trusted Ms Grace as soon as she started taking care of our baby. Her open communication, warm and calm demeanor, and reassurance made it so much easier. She was promoted to a management role during our time with her, and yet she still gave us wonderful updates and funny stories about our kids, while making sure things ran as best they could. As the trust strengthened we welcomed her into our home and she started taking care of our now 3 year old. She has helped care for him starting at 3 months and now making sure he is safe and happy at 3 years old. She was engaged in meaningful activities with him, followed through with his academic recommendations, and was extremely patient and kind as a 3 year old can test limits and explore! Ms Grace is extremely dependable and relayed any and all information, even if she was 1 minute behind “schedule”. As his daycare teacher, I felt comfortable contacting her after hours (if need be) and always received a response. I was so sad to see her leave us but she was meant to help teach little minds and let other kiddos and families experience her, not only as a teacher, but a wonderful person.

I have had the privilege and honor of knowing Grace Gagnon for almost five years. Grace was one of the first people we met when bringing our son into his new daycare for the first time. He was about four months old and as a first time mom, dropping off her son in the care of others for the first time, I was nervous, scared and a bit uncomfortable. With her presence and personality, and listening to her knowledge of children and her warmth and love she showed my son, all those fears very quickly disappeared. Honestly, Grace was one of the main reasons we chose to go to that day care in the first place.

Grace is dedicated, caring, kind and goes out of her way to help families and support children in an individual way. Grace was built to be an educator and a caregiver to children. She has a way about her that instantly makes children comfortable it makes parents feel at ease when leaving their child with her. Grace also has amazing communication skills, she is quick to provide education and feedback when needed and does not fear away from tough conversations. We couldn’t be luckier to not only know Grace, but to have our child be cared for and loved by her.

If you are looking for childcare, I cannot recommend Grace Gagnon and her home daycare enough. Grace is truly one of the kindest, most compassionate, and down to earth people I know. She is both knowledgeable and incredibly nurturing, and her natural ability to connect with children is something really special.
