As a result of the COVID19 pandemic, the parks closed and needing where to train, we built a little yoga and circus school in Lienzo Charro, Cabo San Lucas, SunsetOM. This is our last transition.
Fibonacci Space, in Cabo San Lucas was a training center, based on all the activities we have learned in these years of travel and learning.
We offered our aerial dance classes.
We offered spaces to grow, experiment and create. Train body, mind and soul. Share and enrich the cultural environment of San Lucas.
To make this a reality, we raised funds to repair the roof, avoid the presence of animals in the space and acquire our security elements, resources that we will allocate to our next project.
We have given open yoga and acrobatics classes in the park on 4 de Marzo, Cabo San Lucas, during almost a year and a half, forming a community of practitioners and a small company of dancers.
Lo de la duende... El intento que no germinó.
First great attempt in Mexico to create our space. We are trying to join forces with the Ministry of Culture. We formed a company with two other people and we won a scholarship to build our circus cultural center in the Pabellón de la República.
Permanent classes in this pole dance and yoga studio, as well as circus for children and tui na practices. Our main rehearsal room for our first play in Mexico, "Derroche".
Aerial dance and contemporary dance classes, as well as handstand and aerial pole workshops.
During August and September 2017 we collaborated in the construction of the "Bigwall" Climbing and aerial practices space, where afterwards we gave workshops on Aerial Dance, Floor Acrobatics and Actobatic Dance. We also hold group tui na sessions to work on body awareness.
From the Jorge Accame municipal hall, we taught workshops, aerial arts classes, flexibility, TuiNa self-massage and participated in free training sessions for a year. We carry out circus plays for children, on social issues, seeking to combat child labor in rural schools and low-income areas. We traveled to various national circus festivals and participated in the organization of several of them at our own headquarters.
Since our arrival in Jujuy, we began our journey as Colectivo Respira, we participated in two dance and acrobatics galas at the Select Theater and promotion of the activities on the local television station. We closed that age with a performance about violence against women and the urgency to get united and fraternal support.
Countless schools received our influence, from previous trips to South America, with projects called the "OPA !: Orden de Paisanos Acróbatas", which included acrobatic stage developments in the North of Argentina (Formosa), Colombia and Ecuador over a period of 4 years.
