One of the first things discussed when creating the Sun Salon by both Disneyland Paris Imagineering the Palace of Versailles was a focus on accessibility for all. Given the visual medium of animatronics, it makes little sense to limit the Sun Salon to only those fluent in French, especially with so many worldwide tourists visiting the Palace each year.
Each seat in the Sun Salon comes equipped with customary headphones, subtitles, and an optional pull-out screen. Headphones may be inserted for the default language, Francois, to be translated into English, German, Italian, Chinese, and other language you can possibly think of. While more prevalent languages will receive special dubbing, even less common languages will receive AI-translated dubs. This includes specific Native American and Asian Dialect Languages!
Subtitles also assist the hard of hearing, or simply those wanting to read a little. An optional pull-out screen is also available to direct show the events of the theater. These pull-out screens can be relayed to show a collection of Sign Languages (ASL, BSL, FSL, etc.) for the deaf or hard of hearing!
